Arrow Paper was founded in 1952 when a group of men (Archie Penna, Ray Gould, Robert Reese and William Riley) that were unsatisfied with the current levels of quality and service being offered in the Boston area, decided to put together a quality and service oriented alternative for the area’s restaurant and industrial packaging businesses.
